Namaste, ya’ll.
Namaste, ya’ll.
Here we are after 7 days of detox, yoga and learning. What a wonderful week! The week was described best by one of the participants, Linda… ” [The week at Prama was] …feeding all of me rather than just parts. It’s been the sweetest banquet!” (and after our ice cream, remember to kiss the fancy lady goodnight … 🙂 )
Patty’s back from Prama this weekend and all classes should be back to their regular schedule next week. 🙂
Upcoming events include the next restorative session on Sunday, June 24th at Cherokee Fitness Center from 6:30 to 8PM [UPDATE! This is now being held on Friday, June 22nd]. All proceeds of this event will go to Stephanie Bridge’s teacher training. The cost of the class will be $20, but all donations will be gladly accepted. If you’ve never tried a restorative class, it is a wonderful treat to mind and body! Make plans to join us!
Here’s a preview of our new location — the beautiful trompe l’oeil was painted by Chriss Hardy of The Painted Room on the exterior of 6712 Kingston Pike. Take a look at a few photos of our beautiful new location!
Come and visit us soon!
Not only has Patty opened her new location at 6712 Kingston Pike with Balanced You’s Rebekah Knause (massage therapist extraordinaire! see story below) she will be teaching next week in North Carolina at the Prama Institute. Patty will be leading the yoga sessions at the June 8-10 weekend Yoga Detox retreat and as well as the week-long Yoga Detox at Prama, June 11 – 17. Click here for more information about both sessions.
At both sessions you will learn:
No previous experience is necessary… just a willingness to learn and enhance your life.
