I will be taking a group to Prama this weekend for another Detox Yoga Retreat, wish us luck!And that means no Saturday Moonpointe class.  Ladies, I will see you next week. All other class times will stay the same.  

And… Friday, September 28th, from 7p – 9p I will be holding another Friday NIght Restorative Session, this time at the new place!
